Barry Slater 
Founder and Principal

Pantheon Consulting was established by Barry Slater. A business minded senior strategic leader of global corporations within the Biotech Industry, who is experienced in all aspects of Quality and Compliance. His knowledge has been formally developed over 20 years within highly regulated Medical Device, Healthcare, Life Science, Cosmetics and Aviation sectors. 12 years of his experience has been within Global and/or Corporate roles leading initiatives focused on Quality System remediation, standardisation, centralisation and many other aspects of business improvement initiatives that manage and reduce risk, preserve enterprise value, improve organisational efficiency, and build a culture of Quality and Compliance.

Barry held has held senior leadership roles in the following global organisations :

 

 

 

Barry is a highly data driven methodical catalyst of change and a passionate believer in cross functional partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and good communication planning. He has many years of experience presenting at executive leadership level and has utilised multiple mechanisms to ensure appropriate cascade of information across global organizations, such as chairing and presenting at regular Global Quality Forums either virtually or face to face to audiences of >100 participants to ensure global organisational engagement, awareness and alignment.

Consulting Team Selection 

Barry engages and provides leadership personally across all of Pantheon-Consulting projects. He believes that project initiation and client needs/requirements gathering is the most critical project phase to ensure the correct consultant or consulting team are selected and qualified for any given project.

 

Pantheon Consulting use Six Sigma and Process Excellence based project phasing and numerous phase gate reviews to ensure client requirements alignment and change/modification re-alignment to ensure client satisfaction.
